Service Disclaimers

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew or other stains caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.

  • All areas to be cleaned are expected to be free of clutter.

  • Clients are required to inform Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC before their scheduled cleaning if items or surfaces need special care.

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC is NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC is NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to cleaning supplies used by our team. Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC can use client provided supplies if requested before scheduled cleaning.

  • If special care while cleaning is required, it is the clients responsibility to inform Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC before the scheduled cleaning.

  • All animals and pets in the home must be disclosed to Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC before the scheduled cleaning.

  • All animals and pets should be secured in a cage and away from the areas to be cleaned during cleanings. Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC is NOT responsible for unattended animals.

  • All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.

  • All important items should be put away during cleanings to prevent any possible accidents.

  • All clients have 24 hours after the scheduled cleaning to contact Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC with any issues or complaints. After 24 hours, all clients accept that Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC is not liable.

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC does not offer refunds. However, Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC does guarantee performance of spot cleaning or corrective cleanings as needed.

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC cannot guarantee cleanings to be finished by a certain time.

  • If clients need the services to be completed by a specific time, it is the clients responsibility to inform Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC before the scheduled cleaning.

  • All utilities (water, electric, AC/heat, etc) must be on and in working condition in order for the cleaning services to be performed.

  • If the Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC team arrives and work cannot be performed, the client will be charged a $70 cancellation fee.

  • If the Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC team arrives and the team cannot enter the property to be cleaned, the client will be charged a $70 cancellation fee.

  • If the client cancels cleaning within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning services, the client will be charged a $70 cancellation fee.

  • With the flat rate pricing model, Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC has a maximum amount of hours that can be worked for each type of job. Cleanings exceeding that time will be charged a rate of $40 / hr.

Notices

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC only cleans windows and other surfaces that can be reached by a 3 step ladder provided by the client.

  • For everyone’s safety, no other work (i.e. Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc) should be done while cleaning services are being performed.

  • The presence of other technicians or an excess of people in the property may cause the estimate to be inaccurate. The definition of “excess of people” is up to the discretion of Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC staff.

  • Having other work (i.e. Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc) done in a property while Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC teams are working, may affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to the client’s satisfaction.

  • No heavy furniture or appliances will be moved by Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC staff.

  • Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty and cause Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC staff to spend an excess amount of time on these surfaces.

  • Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC staff will not clean areas filled with clutter or areas covered in hazardous material which includes, but are not limited to, human and animal waste.

  • If the client requests the inside of the refrigerator to be cleaned, the refrigerator must be empty before the cleaning starts. Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC staff are not able to touch food due to risk of cross contamination.

Biohazard Cleanup Services

Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC understands the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy space. To ensure the Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC team can deliver exceptional service, Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC kindly asks that you refrain from booking our services if your property meets any of the following criteria.

  • The property to be cleaned has any unpleasant odor due to utilities being off or pets

  • The property has pests (insects, rodents, etc)

This will ensure that the Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC teams remain safe and healthy as well as guarantee the level of service provided. Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC is not a biohazard cleaning service.

In the unfortunate event that the Three Sweeps Cleaning LLC team arrives at your property and cannot complete the cleaning due to the above stated reasons, the client will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
